Previously hired a window/door contractor to install two doors and 4 windows. After two days they informed me they could not complete the job due to unforeseen termite damage. They wanted me to find a contractor (to reframe, hang drywall, stucco, and paint) and they would work with them to finish the installation. No way was I going to try to co-ordinate multiple contractors to finish the job, so I contacted Puroclean. Anita took my call and Jesse came out and did a survey and gave me a contract to do all the work including installing the windows and doors already purchased from previous contractor. Irving and Wally did an excellent job from start to finish with the reframing and installation of doors and windows Anita kept us informed of the scheduling. Great company that can do it all at a fair price. Will definitely call for future repairs/upgrades. ~ Somjit G

Both my parents and aunt found themselves in a very tight situation after hurricane Milton. They were both closing on homes that were closing and sustained damage. Anita went above and beyond!! Her and the team had both properties repaired in days!!! This is at a time when no one was able to help due to the amount of devastation!! We couldn’t have asked for better people in our time of need! They are empathetic, reliable, respectful, and professional! They understand their business and more importantly, the importance of customer service. They are good people! I had a situation with mold that wasn’t covered by insurance. I did some price shopping and Anita told me they would be the best price I could find, and she was absolutely right. Not only was their teardown>removal>remediation>rebuild price cheaper than other companies prices just for teardown>remediation, but they were also quick, efficient, and kept me updated. They handled everything including the post remediation testing, which passed first attempt. I only ever dealt with one person even though 4x different companies were involved (remediation, HVAC, testing, rebuild). I’m very glad I found PuroClean. ~ Kevin H

I called Anita at Puroclean in an absolute panic. After waiting all day for big name guys to get back to me for an emergency, I gave up. I was beyond lucky to get Anita on the phone for our unsual situation. We took off a mattress cover to clean, only to find out the fire sleeve made of fiberglass was shedding and got everywhere in our home and on us. Anita and Jesse showed up first thing the next morning. They even pushed appointments back to fit us in. The care Anita took when hearing my desperation with family coming to visit in 24 hours... I called PuroClean to take care of our mold problem. I sent Anita my Industrial Hygienist reports and her amazing team Jesse, Irving, and Adam quickly came and remediated the mold. After Drywood Termite fumigation in our old chapel belltower, we discovered discarded construction debris, dead bugs, mold and Bat Guano from a previous occupation which is a biohazard that requires specialized cleanup. PuroClean provided immediate support to completely clean and disinfect the areas affected in the belltower and return it to its original pristine condition with no affect or impact on its historical legacy. Anita and Jamar were amazing. I was arriving to Fort Myers after Hurricane Ian, saw the Puroclean phone number on the side of the vehicle and called. Anita was at my house 2 hours later and started the water damage clean out that very day. She and her team were thorough and professional.
